Please include the name of your game, type, target audience, rules and aims, tools, pieces, equipment, what skills are developed, and packaging ideas in a 250-500 word synopsis as a clearly labeled PDF file. Include up to six images in .png and/or .jpeg formats. Most submissions receive a response within a month.
Your submission will be assigned to a specialized editor who will review your work, offer some constructive feedback, and possibly request a larger sample or the entire set of rules and supporting documentation or material. If you receive such a request, this means that the editor feels the work may be suitable for the Canadian Library Publishers catalogue, but does not constitute an offer to publish.
After consideration by a broader editorial committee, you may be contacted to discuss the terms of a publishing agreement. Agreements with Canadian Library Publishers can, but do not necessarily include publishing, licensing, production, sales and distribution, promotion, sponsorships, partnerships, and mentoring both inside and outside of the Canadian territory.
Please send one submission at a time to firstname.lastname@example.org.
State the full name of the primary author and the title or working title (please do not use working title) in the subject line. You may include a cover letter in your email, along with the specified attachments in the listed formats.
