Please include the artist or band name and genre, as well as composing, recording, live show, and/or touring experience in a 250-500 word biography in a clearly labeled PDF file. You can include up to three single-song mp3 or mp4 audio and/or video files. Most submissions receive a response within a month.
Your submission will be assigned to a specialized artist and repertoire representative who will review your work, offer some constructive feedback, and possibly request a larger sample. If you receive such a request, this means that your representative feels the work may be suitable for the Canadian Library Publishers catalogue, but does not constitute an offer to publish.
After consideration by a broader selection committee, you may be contacted to discuss the terms of a publishing agreement. Agreements with Canadian Library Publishers can, but do not necessarily include publishing, licensing, production, sales and distribution, promotion, sponsorships, partnerships, and mentoring both inside and outside of the Canadian territory.
Please send one submission at a time to email@example.com.
State the full name of the primary author and the title or working title (please do not use working title) in the subject line. You may include a cover letter in your email, along with the specified attachments in the listed formats.
